What’s up with chapped lips?

August 4, 2018

Unlike the skin on our body, the lips do not produce oils to protect them against drying. They usually get dehydrated in windy, cold and dry weather. Sun exposure, licking or biting can also contribute to chapping of the lips.
Regular exfoliating and moisturizing your lips helps keep them healthy, smooth and luscious. But, it’s important to know how to exfoliate correctly so you don’t cause any damage.

Here is what you can do this summer..

Get a Lip Scrub:
You can make your own at home or buy one from K Body Blends

Here’s how to use a lip scrub:
Apply your lip scrub to your lips or a dedicated toothbrush.
Scrub gently using small circular motions to exfoliate your lips firmly, but not roughly. Apply a rich moisturizing lip balm to help keep your lips plump and healthy.
